Don't waste your time or money.
This seal proved to be useless. Get FelPro. It is the same as OEM. This will not fit in the manifold or will not fit on the right hand flange. I couldn't even use it. 5.3L LM7 5300 Vortec in a 2004 GMC Sierra.
