Review on HWiNFO by John Hall

I like that it is easy to use, has lots of features (including an option called "advanced" which allows you access some more obscure functions), can be used from anywhere in Windows or Linux/Unix environments without any installation required - just copy files over! It's also free software so no cost involved if your not using paid support services by HP SupportAssist. The layout could look nicer but other than this there isn't anything really bad about HWInfoView as far as functionality goes; however one thing i have noticed when comparing against similar products such as CrucialTemp etc., was how much faster hwinfo would load up compared to those programs where sometimes they take minutes before loading fully whereas only takes seconds here?
