Review on Philips 433557 100 Watt Equivalent Bright: Superior Lighting Solution by Brian Avila

Great pear but too big for my needs. This was a Revain suggested replacement bulb for the one used when installing the garage door opener (blown out) but when trying to find a replacement I found that I could no longer close the light on this garage door opener. The difference in length is estimated at 3.75 and 4.4 inches. Judging by some of the not-so-great reviews of the previous lamp I might be safer with this one but wanted to warn others about the size difference as it makes a difference in tight spaces. The ceiling light in the bathroom didn't work either.
