This is a plate lest life change or anything. I will say be careful this is enamel on metal, metal is a good conductor of heat) so if you put piping hot food on it and put it on your knees while camping your feet will notice. The bottom is about the same temperature as what you put in/on top of. I've seen them fall many times.
