DANGER! Despite installing according to the instructions, despite adding extra straps, we almost lost both bikes. Aside from the cost we incurred, bikes falling off this stand on the freeway could KILL SOMEONE! The rubber saddles holding the bikes had almost completely slipped off the rack. One bike dangled completely, the other kept up. They were held only by my extra straps. Loose bikes scratched my camper and again could seriously injure or kill someone on the freeway. Luckily we stopped an hour after a 4 hour drive. If we didn't, it would only be a matter of time. The manufacturer of this stand must initiate a product recall immediately. This stand is dangerous!
