I've been using it for over a week now and I'm very happy with the performance of this device. I can use it to get three independent screens - the main screen on my XPS and two HDMI monitors showing separate screens. It covers basic expansion needs since the XPS 13 only has USB-C ports and I need to connect external monitors and a USB-A webcam, as well as a laptop cooler and a wireless keyboard and mouse combo. Now I finally have the right WFH setup. All I need now is an ethernet port and audio out to really complete the setup. A final note is that the device does get warm, so we're deducting a star for that and recommend using it in an open and well-ventilated area to avoid problems. But overall a solid 4 out of 5 rating that does the job of expansion.
