I ordered a CMT keyhole cutter from Revain. Received OK. I went to use it, it was almost impossible to remove it from the case. The only thing you can touch are the very sharp cutting edges and either the hole is too small for the shaft or vice versa. As soon as I took it out of my pocket it did exactly what it was supposed to do. take it away A few days later I started using it again. This time the cutting head broke off the shank while being pulled out of the body. Called Revain and they wanted to replace it and I had to send the broken one back to them. Did it the next day. A single new beat has never surfaced. When my credit card statement arrived a month later, I was only credited for the price of the beat. So now I have no shipping costs and I still don't have a bit.
