I bought a frou frou separately and it billows the dress a lot as in the picture. It would have looked nice otherwise, but it's a bit long for my daughter. I think I bought an 8-10 and she's closer to an 8 than a 10. We ride haunted hay outside so I didn't need her dress to drag on the ground and hold onto. This is a slightly thinner material. If she was just roaming the streets doing stunts or treating, the length would be fine.
