I'm glad I bought this product because it's a great deal but I should have read the reviews first it would have helped. When I first installed the cartridges the printer screen showed a question mark on each of the newly installed cartridges so I figured there must be a problem so I uninstalled and reinstalled them - same problem. Reading the reviews I would see that this is a problem with these Brother ink cartridges and printer. Despite the question mark on each of the installed cartridges, I printed a few photos and they turned out great. So the cartridges work and I can live with question marks.
