Not a fan. I bought two packs because I liked the price. However they were fine when my little one was brand new but now that he is 2 months old they just move around and gather under him when he fidgets during a nappy change. I also wash my baby clothes (especially those related to nappies) hot to kill bacteria and the plastic backing of some of them have melted and have small holes in them, compromising waterproofing. I was trying to save a few bucks and ended up with a poor quality product. I should have just bought back the best "oversized" earbuds from the other brand I originally bought.
