Listen to Stanley's review below. I was so confused because the program could not be installed. But it says perfectly that you need to use Quick Time Player, thanks for your help. Stanley Worked really great, didn't need to install a CD to use the device. Just plug in all the existing cables in the right places. On an Apple computer, I used the built-in QuickTime program to record VHS tapes. Recording time is not limited which was another great feature. It can record for hours to ensure you have enough storage space to store all that data. How to use QuickTime on Apple: Open the app ==> Top tab, click File ==> New video recording ==> QuickTime is started, make sure the video/audio input is set to AV. To change the input it is to the right of the record button with a down arrow, click on that down arrow. (If you don't see the arrow, click in this area. For some reason my arrow sometimes disappears, but it still works as if it's there.) Happy writing!
