I ordered them because my eye doctor said they were good. I have some dry eye issues and use my iPad for reading, streaming movies and TV, and playing games. They come with a small card and a tiny indicator that lets you see how much blue light is passing through them. There was no answer. They match my glasses. If you have really big lenses this can be a problem. They were very large and the clips were too far from the center of the lenses. It was obscuring my vision and making me want to squint.
