Case arrived on time and in perfect condition. The color is beautiful, rich brown. Although it is faux leather, it feels smooth and comfortable. The stitching is very well done and I don't see them wearing out any time soon. Inside, the padding is smooth and soft. While I haven't had a spill, I'm not worried about dropping this phone if it's my sleeve. I think the protection will be more than enough. Note that it's firm and slightly stiff, although it's possible that it will soften with use. The company offers more cases including an ultra-thin case and a wallet case. I contacted them with a few questions and their customer service was very helpful, quick and polite. I am impressed; it was just great. I will definitely order from Docem again.
