He is defective. If you are planning to use a headset with it
To fix it, after several calls to the sound engineers, computer people and the seller we found out that because it is defective we have to bring it in for repair. The problem is that we have to use it and taking it to repair is not an option and we don't even know if it can be repaired. So if you want to use a headset, don't use this computer.
