Review on SmallRecruit by Dave Rasic

I like that they do all of my resume searches for me, so it saves time in finding good candidates to interview with! Also their customer service is great if you need help or questions about your profile/search results!! Nothing really as far as benefits go but overall this was still worth going through them at least once because there are many other services out ther which don't offer nearly what small recruit does (also free version). A lot more personalized search options available too than some recruiting companies have when searching resumes etc online.
