Messy, Not Worth the Price

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can safely say this hat is a disaster waiting to happen. The design is cute but the quality is lacking. The hat is flimsy and easily falls apart, leaving melted ice cream all over your childs face and clothes. Save your money and opt for something sturdier..
