Review on Super Mario 3D World: Nintendo Selects by Matt Ellis

It's a very good game, but there are only 2 problems: 1, it's a 3D Mario game, and 2D will always be better. 2, management can be disappointing. If you jump and shake the controller, you will instantly stop/fall with a kick in the butt. It's all good as long as you don't do a series of tricky jumps with bottomless pits everywhere and accidentally move the controller too much when you're over one of those pesky pits. Very annoying when that happens. I know Nintendo likes to use the controller's movement to "do things", but if that movement were activated by simply pressing a button, the design would be much better. It's all epic/funny and really takes you back to the gaming fun you used to have as a kid.
