Review on ARQVault by Viterbo Dashora

There are so many things I like about Arq Vault! I can open a case online from any computer or device with an internet connection. It is very easy to search cases across multiple states because it is centralized in one place. One thing that has been missing is the ability to create "groups" to assign different users. This would be helpful so we could have managers who oversee our staff and then also give access to our officers to make changes themselves if needed. Also, being able to send out reminders to people when there is a deadline would be great. We use Arq Vault as a way to archive all of our reports and documents for all of our criminal investigations. This way I have everything in one location.
