After contacting their customer service team for assistance, I was greeted with impatience and an unprofessional attitude from the representatives there. As a result, I was left feeling disheartened and disappointed, and I made the decision to move my company elsewhere. For someone like me who is just starting out in the world of outdoor recreation, I'm confident that the NEYGU Online Store carries some excellent items; however, I found the whole experience to be more aggravating than enjoyable. If you are, like me, relatively new to this industry, I would suggest looking for a retailer that has a website that is easier to navigate and provides helpful customer service.
