It is very easy to use, it has good customer service support which makes things run smoothly for any issues that arise with your system (such as data integrity).
The software seems like its going through some growing pains but we are working closely together so hopefully this can be resolved in time! I have used other HR systems before where there was no option of employee self-service or online training courses - only an email address/phone number contact point if needed by their manager etc.- not really user friendly when compared against competitors' products out here now who offer these features first class!! So far everything works well though still relatively new product therefore more room for improvement once they iron all kinks out :) Benefits such as saving money upfront costs & ease management over payroll process / benefits administration processes within one platform would definitely help reduce redundancies across our organisation at large.
