Well made, no instructions

Well made good quality knobs, screws and gaskets. When installed, they are very durable. The low score is due to a lack of included instructions, a lack of left or right markings on the handles, an indication of which screws and gaskets to go where, or installation tips for those with limited mechanical experience. I see a large number of reviews stating that the user received cross-threaded bolts and the threaded area is tightened with factory-removed bolts. and help keep the screws tight.
