Works exactly as it should

As there were two in the kit I installed one on each side of the car's dashboard for the driver and passenger to use. That works great. I already have a metal plate attached to the back of my phone so I don't need the round plates that came with it. I have no problem with it slipping (like I had with a previous mount like this). The mount is stiff enough to hold a heavier phone without buckling under the weight. It's also small enough to fit in different spots on the dashboard. Ease of installation. Easy to use. The glue is strong enough
