I was worried that they wouldn't look as cool as they did in the photograph and worried they would look silly on a tall person. They are a great fabric, great cut, great look. Bought an X-large or 36"-38" for a 6'3" 33" waist 160 lb 17-year-old and it was the right choice. They aren't so short that they look wrong and not so loose as to be awkward. Liked them so much that we bought two other colors.
