Didn't work on my TV.

I bought this remote control for my Sony KDL-40S3000 TV which was the first model on the compatibility list. When I got the remote it just turned the TV on and off. No other controls worked. It didn't come with instructions for any additional programming requirements and nothing was found on the internet for this model of remote so I had no choice but to return it.
