From the moment I received this computer I've had nothing but problems. I keep getting Blue Screen of Death. It blocks many, many times a day for no reason. I just tried to reset it and got an error message and wouldn't let me do it. I contracted with support and they sent me a document to download and I kept waiting and waiting for it to download and the download never seems to complete. I tried the reset again and finally with the help of the cloud I was able to restart the computer but it started getting the blue screen of death again and in the end it couldn't even reset next time. Terrible experience.
