Let me tell my story here share. Bought this laptop 2 days ago. I've tried setting it up, it doesn't let me partition my SSD drive the way I want, like 100GB on C drive and 400GB on D drive drive reserved. I'm an IT professional and have tried everything to fix this using google or youtube videos, none of the solutions worked for me. Talking to HP they said it's a software issue they don't cover, I have to pay to fix it. Somehow they agreed to fix it once for free, but they let me wander from one department to another on the phone. I am so frustrated with this situation and will be going back and canceling the HP product.
