I was hesitant to pay $50 for a belt but based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I went for it. However, the only thing I had trouble with the belt I received was holding it in place. He was constantly unbuttoned. Not daring to write a bad review, I contacted Hipsey and explained my problem. They said this shouldn't happen and immediately sent me a new strap along with a postage paid return envelope to send the defective strap back. The replacement strap works great and I am very happy with my purchase and with Hipsi.
