I don't need those one bite mini pans that have the coating peeling off. I wanted a three inch springform pan that looks like a skillet. I just baked 60 mini carrot cakes using these pans. I bought two. You turned out great. I plan on separating them, filling them and topping them with cream cheese frosting. I use a recipe with 4 large eggs, baking soda, and baking soda, and fill two pans with 1/2 cup batter in each hole. I baked them at 350 for 22 minutes. They climbed almost to the top. The nice smooth surface made removing the cakes very easy and they are smooth and beautifully shaped. Cleaning wasn't a problem but be careful with exposed edges as I cut myself. VERY happy with this product.
