Best Customer Service Software for Businesses

I have been working with empist since 2011 in both their sales department as well as client service/support team member over the years. They are always willing to go above an beyond when solving any issues that may arise during my day-to-day operations at work. Nothing really comes close to them! The best thing about this software is its ability to communicate directly through email without having phone conversations which saves me time (and money!) Also, it's free from bugs unlike competitors who charge upwards into $10000+. Honestly though - nothing specific but everything runs smoothly now that we've switched to EmpiRise compared to other providers out there. We're able to send emails across all departments quickly & efficiently while also being organized via folders within each person's inboxes.

Pros
  • Email Marketing tool makes sending promotional campaigns very efficient.
  • Easy sharing features between coworkers for support tickets or project assignments etc.Very user friendly UI / workflows make life easy !
Cons
  • It could be better if you can select different colors besides white background
