We offer fully managed IT support for a fixed monthly fee to increase our clients productivity, decrease overhead, and improve their overall environment. We find that we are able to save our clients up to 70% in operating costs in the first year alone.

Excellent Partner for IT Services Delivery

I cannot think of any dislikes about working with them! They have been awesome from day one when they came onboard as my partner (that's what it seems like) has helped me figure out which services will help make sure all aspects/categories work together seamlessly across departments at both companies - not just within each department either but between internal teams too such sales & operations etc... The only minor thing was there could be more consistency wtih regards scheduling meetings or…

Very good customer support and attentive

The team at NRP has been very responsive with my questions or concerns as well as quick turnaround times when I need them! They have always taken great care of me since day one. There isn't much about this service provider they could do better but maybe more training opportunities? Maybe some hands-on experience would help out there too (I'm new here). This was definitely an easy decision once it came time to choose between two companies who were offering similar services/pricing etc. At least…

  • It is hard to say

I like how they can help you with anything from basic computer issues or even more complex network problems. They're very helpful when it comes time to set everything back into place after an incident has occurred. Sometimes there's not much of a communication between us but if something does come up then staff responds quickly! Nothing i dislike specifically about them just wish things were better organized sometimes so all departments could communicate together easier than what happens now…
