My husband and I have been cooking for many years including making dumplings by hand and when I saw them I was amazed and thought they would be of great help would speed it up a bit process. I was wrong, the roller slipped while cutting the dough, and the tongs cut the dough so hard around the edges that the dumplings didn't stay closed. It was a waste of money and I returned it immediately, obviously making it by hand is better than trying to cut corners with this set.
