Suitable for aluminum but not steel
Cuts lightweight aluminum very effectively. However, after making a few cuts in the 1.5" x 1/8" steel flat bars, the blade shot through and mostly pierced through the steel. I ended up spending a lot more on the blade than the steel he sawed. If you need to cut steel, ditch that blade and buy a manual band saw. You save money in the long run.
