The support team was very helpful with setting up our new environment. They were always available to help us troubleshoot issues as they arose. I have no complaints. The staff at GEM are all great people who are passionate about what they do! Keep your eye out for the next generation of GEM staff members, they will be very different from those we had working there during my time there. We were using a legacy product that didn't allow for remote desktop access. We needed to move to a newer more modern solution. The team helped us choose the right tools for our business needs.
