If I could give zero stars I would. Save money, buy a quality device. Too small, check if battery D is a problem. The results are contradictory. Whoever designed this should go back to the drawing board and add 1/4" to the polarity check pins. A check will show a dead battery, then the same battery will show it is fully charged. NFG. Obviously this only works with less Cs best , AA & AAAs UPDATE- 07-05-19 With continued use the ergonomics of this unit are terrible not very intuitive Worse it completely failed checking the flashlight batteries Should hold the battery difficult when many batteries tested It doesn't sit well in the average person's hand The device failed when testing multiple batteries One battery tested green (healthy?) The next was dead I then went back to the battery I had tested just 30 seconds earlier Device shows low battery NFG The device has not been dropped or exposed to water.
