The zipper on my bag broke in less than two years and I have probably never opened or closed my bag more than 20 times in that time. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this product. Here is a continuation of my call for large bike parts. There is a chance the zip will not be covered because they do not make the zip someone else does and as the leather or material has not been torn apart they will not cover this product. What a flimsy answer and what a flimsy guarantee! 2 kopecks for giving me a new one and blaming the zipper manufacturer when they sell this product with a zipper. Then tell me who the maker of the zipper is and I will sue them because each part in this case has a separate warranty as you explain to me. All Hopnel parts are sold and manufactured by Big Bike Parts Inc. and that's how they handle the warranty, I will never buy a product from them again and I wouldn't advise you to either. Well it's a joke. Blame the maker of the zippers these guys no doubt sew onto the bag they sell.
