, I'm right on the cusp between X-Large and Large, so I was struggling to choose a size. The size chart above says x-large but the Dickies website says large. I went for the large size and it was the right choice. Fits great! I was at my peak after winter, but once I start spring gardening I usually lose weight. They'll still be good when they get baggy. I would swim in X-Large. If you're tall and your weight fluctuates up and down but stays between 165 and 200, try one size up! The hammer loop is located on the back of the leg and is sized to fit a regular clawed hammer. The smaller side leg loop is probably for a hammer. The perfect overall for the garden.
