I like how easy it is for our customers to get involved with other clients, employees or friends as well. It's also very helpful when you have problems that aren't necessarily related to the software itself but are simply personal issues such as being stuck at home during an outage caused by Hurricane Dorian. For those who don't understand what we do internally, this might be confusing because the UI can feel overwhelming. There should definitely be some tutorials available so people can learn about using the service before they jump into troubleshooting their own problems. We're solving all of our internal communications needs through one platform. With Incites' help, we've been able to engage with each other without having to use email or Slack.
