100% cotton. Fits like a tailored suit! & it’s just a Tshirt on a toddler. Used the fit chart to determine size & it’s perfect. Initially I felt the hem at the neck was a bit feminine but, no one else did & now, it’s actually one of the things I like so much about this shirt. I have ordered black, white, grey, red & blue!
