Terrible Product in Kitchen Utensils and Appliances

Terrible Product. I've tried this twice, cooking turkey burgers on an open grill, and the first time it took over 45 seconds for the thermometer to finally settle on temperature - it just kept rising gradually. The second time I tried it the temperature would not stop rising and after almost a minute it started to drop. At that moment I realized that the thermometer had gotten so hot that it had actually detached from the plastic case. Because this piece of junk was so cheap I didn't go back. You definitely get what you pay for - don't waste your money.
