This is a MUST! Seems like the tempo is spot on, but you know what? My refrigerator's thermistors have blown. In fact it destroyed all my food and I have to find the thermistor and replace it myself. So if you see people complaining about the inaccuracy of this device, be aware that some of those thermistors are no longer working properly and it's better to destroy them here than in your fridge. This appliance is easy and cheap to replace, but your fridge is not. So this unit works and works very well and my next step is to fix the fridge which I have set to maximum but it shows the fridge is no colder than it actually is. UPDATE: The sensor in the freezer stopped working BUT it was iced over. This went on for some time. I probably wouldn't recommend them in a humid place. They aren't waterproof but the one in the fridge works fine and I need it the most! **LATEST UPDATE** Freeze Sensor I removed the batteries and set them aside. It didn't work after a few days but today I added the batteries just a few weeks after it stopped and you know what? To work! lol! Okay, then I'm tuned into this product. I will buy more for other projects because it's really cool.
