As a newbie to long term food storage, Samson is a great place to start! With a rear fan, large square shelves with an edge, and a sturdy, lockable front cover, it ticks all the boxes and does its job perfectly. I love it. Vegetables and fruits are rubbish. I look forward to firmer foods like meat. Between the Samson food dehydrator and the vacuum sealer, my pantry is ready for power outages and cold weather.
