This appliance sat in my shop for over a year before I finally got around to renovating my kitchen. I removed my old sink and countertop so people on the countertop can come in and take their measurements. While waiting for the new countertop to be made, I connected a new plug to the switch on this dispenser and installed the new backplate. After a long wait, the table top has finally arrived. I installed a new sink and hooked up this cute little dispenser. I've never had a grinder in my house, but it's very quiet compared to those I've used in other homes. It was easy to install. Be careful not to overtighten the large nut that attaches to the sink. Mine started peeling off because it's plastic and I think I was trying to overtighten it. I can't believe I got such a nice, quiet device for the price I paid.
