We are big coffee drinkers in this establishment. My wife and I drink coffee from large mugs. So it's fair to say that we both probably drink more coffee than the average family. Which brings me to our dilemma: For all the decades of our marriage, we've allowed BLACK+DECKER 12-cup, not 5-cup. I got these by accident. Now you can dismiss that as my fault. But I think it's more marketing than anything else. I think 5 cup is not very popular. But BLACK+DECKER decided to push that 5 cup size to justify the 12 cup price hike. Your strategy works because the size and shape make it look like 12 cups, but you actually end up with a smaller size. So in that time we got a 12-cup mug back that's about $25 now. So you won BLACK + DECKER. We will send this back.
