My ring was over a half size and unfortunately cannot be resized. This item was perfect for me because it didn't have those transparent noodles that can be unsightly and flashy. The hardest part was tearing the little strips off the paper they were glued to themselves. If you try to remove them too quickly or too slowly, they will simply tear all of the paper with them, or the strip itself will break in half. fits my ring like a glove. My ring is now quite strong and fits well even when wet. Sometimes when I have to take the ring off the band moves a little but I just have to push it into place and it still stays in place. I haven't had to change lanes since the first time. I'm very happy with it!
