As for seeing traffic lights without straining your neck, my prism is very good. However, it is heavily distorted. I don't know how these plastic things are formed, but the plastic is very corrugated, making the prism appear either too concave or too convex. It takes some getting used to and is a bit annoying until you do it. Also, the suction cup on mine is completely useless. But in my particular car, I needed that prism so badly that I took matters into my own hands. I drilled a small hole in the suction cup and the hard metal just above the windshield. Now I can fold the prism down or back as needed and it doesn't interfere with my sight. This is the BIG part of the conversation. I love watching people try to figure out what it is before I show them.
