I love my Sonos Play speakers and always carry them with me. I wanted to hang one on the wall in my office. There just weren't many options. I found this and it seemed like a good choice. Generally acceptable, but with limitations. First, the installation guide is questionable. Installation hardware is fine; Standard wall anchors and screws. However, the position of the screws is a bit wobbly. The location of the top screw looks different than what you think. Unfortunately, if you follow the location of the holes on the back, you will find that the front hole is a "keyhole". So first you need to drill the top hole, put it in place and "lower" the bracket. Rotate it from position after marking the second hole. Insert the wall anchor, rotate the bracket into position and screw into place. This is overly complicated and could potentially result in more holes in the wall than you intended. So it didn't bring me hearts and flowers when I installed it. The Sonos Play isn't very heavy, but inserting it into the cradle is a bit of a heart stopper as the cradle doesn't snap into place. he leans forward and down. Well, if you weren't expecting this, you might suddenly be wondering if you drilled holes in the wall in the wrong spot and should have placed the speaker maybe 4ft or so higher. Maybe you are right. What you thought was an ear-level bookshelf speaker is now in a downward-facing dog pose. While it's proven to be reliable, stable and doesn't interfere with my Sonos speaker, I don't like the down-firing feature. . I didn't want the power cord crawling up my wall. It seems inevitable unless I move it to a corner where I can use duct tape to hide it.
