This review is for Tow Ready 118400 T-One Connector for Honda Ridgeline Truck. The instructions are good, clear and easy to understand. Installation takes 30-40 minutes from start to finish. The only things you need are a 10mm socket and a 1/4" socket and a screwdriver/wrench for these sockets. You will also need a drill with a 3/32 inch bit. then pull straight back, not to the side). Once the tail light is out of the way, unplug the driver's side wiring and connect the Tow Ready splice to the driver's side connectors. You don't cut any cables, you simply insert a Tow Ready connector between the plug and the socket. The only advice I can give is to use an old wire hanger or long pliers to get the passenger side and hitch connections. down through the hole under the driver's side taillight housing. It's hard to describe, but once the taillight housing is removed you'll see two "holes" in the bumper and you can see daylight. A "hole" is located near the outside of the truck and extends beyond the bumper and rear wheel. Another "hole" goes closer to the center of the truck. This second hole makes the "run" of the wire shorter. But this "hole" or hole is smaller than the outer one. I had to use pliers (or long, narrow needle nose pliers) to pull the links through the hole. After routing the cables to the passenger side, I was glad I used the center hole on the driver's side to route the cables through; I couldn't get the passenger plugs through the first, more medial hole on the passenger side, and I had to thread the plug through the muffler outlet and up through the outer hole. It used a few more inches of wire, and those inches really mattered. I don't know if there is enough wire to go from outer hole to outer hole. I used more zip ties than were included and tied the wires to the hitch. The "body" of the wiring harness has double sided tape that should hold it somewhere on the driver's side, under or behind the taillight housing. I don't know if the ribbon will be strong enough, but I didn't see where to tie it with a tie. The headlights on the truck worked and the trailer started working immediately.
