Completely useless good for me

Useless, holes are to small for standard 14 mm bolts, upper arm attachment securing bolt not threaded all the way through. seems heavy duty built but just lack of attention to detail and common sense putting this thing together. At any rate even if you feel like doing your own rethreading if your bolts are bigger than 12 mm in diameter it won’t work unless you want to redrill all the holes too, I thought I bought myself a tool and not a Home projectSending this back asap.Don’t waste time with…

Pros
  • ‎Superbuy
Cons
  • Requires physical strength and endurance to operate

Not worth it unless you like modifying stuff that should work

This product kept falling apart while being used. The nut on the shaft, while under tension, would just back out. I had to drill a hole in the nut and shaft then pin it in. It hasn't backed out yet. The overall length It is too long for smaller cars like my Miata to use it properly. That was my fault for not measuring it. I can't speak for how well it holds position while extended but it looked like it wouldn't hold very well.

Pros
  • Received very quick! Works perfect!
Cons
  • Expensive for a car maintenance tool

Adjusting screw doesn’t work

Can’t even use mine, the screw with the black cap that tightens down the actual roller wont even screw down all the way because the hole it’s threaded into isn’t even large enough. I’m going to have to drill it out larger and tap the thread in order to use it

Pros
  • Helps to improve the aesthetics of your vehicle
Cons
  • Requires a lot of patience and practice to use effectively

Missing parts best in my review

I’d be able to give a proper review but it’s missing the height adjustment bolt/knob so it’s useless until I can go find hardware.

Pros
  • Designed to withstand harsh working environments
Cons
  • Not portable or easy to transport

Don't be afraid to buy this roller instead of eastwood

I was skeptical buying this at about half price if the eastwood brand roller. Lots of the reviews stated missing/ breaking parts. Before I even using it. I treated all the threads on it with silicone spray lubricant as well as some silicone grease. I have never rolled fenders before. But rolling my 2012 nc miata( lug pattern 5x114.3) fenders was relatively easy. Use a heat gun, it softens the metal and ensures you won't Crack paint. My miata is lowered on meister r coilovers, this made getting…

Pros
  • 💎 Effectively & Efficiently Reforming Tool--- This fender roller works on fender from inside wheel well, it can increase the clearance between the tire and the fender to fit larger tires, repair the dent or damage of the fender.
Cons
  • Potential to overstretch the metal and cause permanent damage

poorly manufactured

im not gonna lie, it did its job. i was able to roll my fenders, what i didnt like though was how crappy this thing was designed. you cant twist very far on the knob until the nut behind it falls off and causes the whole thing to fail. if you’re reading this right now, get the eastwood fender roller or one that’s actually good

Pros
  • Heavy-duty design ensures long-term durability
Cons
  • Cannot be used to fix other problems with the car

If your car is really low, don’t buy

I was hoping that I was gonna put this to good use, which I did for a moment. I was able to roll my front fenders, but when it came to the rear the roller simply didn’t retract short enough to put it in between the fender and wheel hub. I was disappointed, but for what it cost and how fast I got it, it speaks for itself.

Pros
  • Ideal for both professional and DIY use
Cons
  • Can be noisy and disruptive to use

Not a good roller- do not buy

The roller is junk. The levers do not spin freely and the part where it fits in the hub is trash. I do not recommend this. But a better / more expensive one instead and save yourself the headache

Pros
  • Improves the overall look of your vehicle without making permanent modifications
Cons
  • Not suitable for use on cars with flimsy or fragile body frames

Good piece once modified

While I did eventually get it to work for my purpose, I had to use a grinder wheel to cut off about 1.5" of length because it was too long and wouldn't go low enough on to the fender.I bought this because of the review of the guy who used this for his Miata, so I assumed it work work which was my mistake. Once modified, it worked great though.I used this to roll the fenders on a 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, but it only worked after modification.

Pros
  • Constructed from high-quality materials for lasting performance
Cons
  • Can be easily damaged if dropped or mishandled

Basically not for cars

Doesn't even remotely work correctly for my E36. It's too long and there's not enough adjustment. Most people who want this will have lowered cars looking for aggressive fitments. If you care about your car and want a quality job, look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Helps to improve your vehicle's traction and stability
Cons
  • Requires a high level of precision and accuracy to use effectively

NOT FOR CARS ON COILS

Not good for low cars, bought it to use on my s13 on BC coils. i have to extend the coil as far as it can go to even get close to rolling the fender and its still a pain in the ass. i would just spend the extra money to get a good one or borrow one.

Pros
  • Definitely worth it I recommend it
Cons
  • Was too big to even fit in my 1993 Mr2’s fender. The smallest setting was too big.

Awesome value and great quality!

Incredible value and does the job well! Great powder/painted finish, seems very durable as I’ve already completed 2 jobs with it. Hardened but soft rolling head to minimize any harsh contact with fender.

Pros
  • The blue color adds a fun and stylish touch to your tools collection
Cons
  • Potential to void the car's warranty if used improperly

Works way better than a baseball bat!

I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't be worth a crap for the low price. It performed very well on my 2009 Miata. No more tire rub. It costs less than having someone else roll the fenders and I'll have it for next time.

Pros
  • 💎 Simple Operation--- Bolts are connected to the hub flange, with elongated holes in the adapter plate. This fender roller uses a small wheel made of nylon to roll back and forth on the wheel arch, flatten the dent parts, and the small wheel is controlled by a handle.
Cons
  • May not work on cars with unique body styles

Great quality. I’d rather use a baseball bat, this was a waste of money. It doesn’t even adjust properly to fit my car. This tool was easy to use and helped me achieve a rear rolled fenders on my 2012 subaru sti!

Pros
  • Does the job well.
Cons
  • I’d rather use a baseball bat, this was a waste of money. It doesn’t even adjust properly to fit my car
