I bought this as a spare to keep my ACER Chromebook R11 handy. Unfortunately it doesn't have a 3 pin power adapter cable/plug and unfortunately I found that out upon receipt without looking closely at the photo. I didn't really think it would make a difference so I plugged it in and immediately noticed that it was interfering with my touchpad and it was moving very sluggishly and unpredictably, I don't know why, possibly due to stray current. If I disable it, the touchpad works fine. When I connect the original 3-pin power supply, the touchpad also works fine. I'm very hesitant to use it now without the third ground pin on the plug. If it affects the touchpad, I wonder what else it affects. I don't know if I can return it for free. I can't use it like this. I even tried plugging in other outlets and surge protectors. The same thing happens. I'm wondering if it's defective or just not suitable to use a two core cable with this device.
