All functions work right off without any issues or need for any customizations including the use of the power button for turning the shield on and off once the CEC is set up with the TV.

Air remote works smoothly.Documentation is poor to non-existing. Key programming appears to be limited to the power button and the functionality is questionable but you shouldn't really need it.In conclusion, if don't require a keyboard on your remote, this may be the perfect remote for your Nvidia shield.
